Design and automate processes using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes. Data Management: Maintain data integrity through deduplication and clean-up. Manage data imports, exports, and reporting. Build and schedule reports and dashboards for insights. System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and conduct routine audits. Manage releases and updates to align with Salesforce's three annual releases. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Partner with developers for customizations or integrations beyond standard configurations.
