Job Description

I am seeking a bright, driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our firm on a part-time basis , with a clear path to transitioning into a full-time role as the practice grows.

This opportunity is ideal for a solo practitioner or independent attorney who enjoys practicing law but wants the support of an established firm -including marketing, intake, accounting, and administrative infrastructure-so you can focus on advocacy and client results.

What You'll Do

Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution

Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic case guidance

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands

Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

Collaborate with firm leadership as the PI practice continues to expand

What We're Looking For

Licensed attorney in good standing

Personal injury experience preferred (plaintiff-side strongly desired)

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage cases independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Motivated, organized, and growth-oriented

Why This Role Stands Out

Completely remote

Part-time to start, with a defined path to full-time

Base salary plus percentage/fee split

Full firm support: marketing, accounting, intake, and operations handled for you

Opportunity to help build and shape a growing personal injury practice without the overhead or administrative burden

If you're an attorney who wants the freedom of practicing independently with the backing of a firm that supports your growth, I'd love to connect.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
