Job Opportunity GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR WEEKEND POSITION! The person filling this position is responsible for greeting residents, guests, vendors and other visitors to the property and providing assistance and guidance as necessary. Responsibilities: Greets everyone that enters the building and provides direction and guidance as necessary. Assists residents as necessary upon their arrival in the building. Logs vendors in and out. Acts as liaison between residents and management. Answers incoming calls professionally and take accurate and detailed messages. Fields resident questions, concerns and complaints. Provides additional support to the Management team as needed. Ability to learn about the local area and community to help residents better and guests. Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays multiple shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Pay Rate: $17 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE MIAMI BEACH AREA.
