Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon start
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon start
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon start
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon start
Ability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior emergency room nursing experience
Experience working in a high-acuity or critical care environment
