Medical Assistant Needed For Oncology Clinic In Kirkland, WA We are looking for a medical assistant to work in a busy, general oncology outpatient clinic. Your responsibilities would include rooming patients, EKG's, vitals, help with medication refills, prior authorizations, FMLA paperwork, assist doctors and nurses, and could help with lab draws. $1550/wk total travel pay package ($35/hr for local). 8/17 start, 20wk contract. Schedule will be M-F days - closed on weekends and holidays. Free parking! 1+ years of MA experience required, 2+ years preferred. Active Washington CMA license required. Minimum requirements: High school diploma or its equivalent Good telephone communication skills Knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of medical procedures Knowledge of clerical functions Current CPR card (if applicable) Current PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) Current health certificate (if applicable) Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program; certification preferred Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred. Relevant certification/license if applicable.
