Luxor Staffing is hiring Steel Production Workers paying up to $20 per hour with variety of shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, assemble, and prepare steel components according to work orders and specifications.
• Operate or assist with steel fabrication equipment, including beamline machinery.
• Measure, cut, position, and inspect steel materials for accuracy and quality.
• Organize, track, and maintain inventory of steel parts and materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting production goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse production preferred.
• Heavy lifting is required for this role.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read basic measurements and work instructions.
• Fitter: Previous steel fitting/fabrication experience preferred.
• Fitter/Helper: Previous construction, fabrication, or manufacturing experience helpful; willing to train the right candidate.
• Beamline: Experience operating or assisting with beamline/steel fabrication equipment preferred.
• Inventory Clerk: Previous inventory, material control, or warehouse experience preferred; basic computer skills.
• Parts Person: GEKA machine/equipment experience strongly preferred , along with knowledge of steel fabrication parts and materials.
