STAFFING COORDINATOR

What You’ll Own Own the daily staffing puzzle—matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional pay) What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office A compassionate, client-focused mindset What We Offer B ased on experience Private pay incentives—earn more by helping grow your client base On-call pay for after-hours support Paid time off (PTO) + vacation time to recharge Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Supportive, team-oriented environment Clear opportunities for advancement within a growing company A role where your work truly makes a difference every day Ready to Be Part of a Lasting Legacy?
