Server (Front of House)

Location:   The White Bull – Decatur, GA
Job Type:   Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay:  $2.15–$8.00 per hour (including tips)

We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven   Front of House Servers   who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment and are committed to excellence, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of  2 years of upscale or fine dining serving experience  (3+ years preferred)
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic service standards
• Wine knowledge and enthusiasm for continued education (strongly preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and execution of every step of service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sense of urgency while maintaining composure under pressure
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Team-first mentality with a willingness to support fellow staff members
• Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, attentive, and personalized service throughout every guest experience
• Execute all steps of service with consistency and precision
• Develop thorough knowledge of seasonal menus, ingredients, cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Confidently guide guests through menu selections and provide thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless execution
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects The White Bull's commitment to excellence

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Dinner Only
• Evening shifts
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Decatur, GA 30030
• Ability to work in person
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant serving experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
