STEM.org Educational Research is seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to support research initiatives focused on advancing STEM education, evaluating learning outcomes, and strengthening evidence-based educational practices.
This role is ideal for a research professional with experience in educational research, program evaluation, curriculum analysis, data interpretation, and the development of actionable insights that support schools, educators, organizations, and learners. The Senior Researcher will contribute to research design, data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations related to STEM learning experiences and educational impact.
Key areas of focus may include STEM program evaluation, instructional effectiveness, curriculum review, learner engagement, educational accessibility, research-based recommendations, and the communication of findings to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about improving STEM education through rigorous research and practical application.
