Sales Manager Hamblock Chevrolet GMC is looking for a Sales Manager who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to work every day. The ideal candidate understands how to source, appraise, price, merchandise, and sell used vehicles profitably. You should be comfortable analyzing inventory, identifying opportunities, and developing a strong used-car strategy. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in building a positive, team-oriented sales culture and helping our sales team reach their full potential. What we're looking for:

• Automotive sales and/or management experience
• A proven track record of success in used vehicle sales and operations
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle appraisal, inventory, pricing, and merchandising
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A team-first mindset
• A willingness to learn and embrace new ideas
• A coachable, growth-oriented attitude
• The ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable

What you will do:

• Lead, coach, and develop our sales team
• Help create a positive and high-energy dealership culture
• Develop and execute a strong used vehicle strategy
• Monitor used inventory, pricing, market position, and sales performance
• Work with salespeople to improve their skills and performance
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and results
