We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategies and marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through a team of sales professionals to ensure that our products are represented and serviced in all accounts.

Our Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university, or minimum of five (5) years related

  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with State laws.

  • Ability to collaborate with key suppliers and advance positive relationships.

  • Ability to use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities.

  • Ability to establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.

  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications, for example, word processing,
    spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email, and specialized business applications software presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate
    discussions with all levels of management.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities


  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.

  • Conducts meetings with Brand Managers to develop monthly PFP objectives and monitor effectiveness
    of current programming.

  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop team skills and ensure programs are
    properly executed in the market.

  • Directs sales development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories,
    quotas and goals.

  • Coaches, directs, and leads district sales manager team to ensure maximum sales impact. Defines specific
    team expectations, monitors progress and participates in counseling sessions with district sales
    manager if expectations are not met or exceeded.

  • Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

  • Meets with key clients, assisting sale representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating
    and closing deals.

  • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

  • Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and distribution opportunities.
    Develop monthly sales volume and revenue forecasts.

  • Monitors and evaluates the activities, products, and pricing / promotions of the competition.

  • Work with district sales managers to coordinate recruiting and hiring of sales and merchandising

  • Prepare for and participate in branch process audits. Direct district sales managers and ensure quantity
    and quality of required audit documentation.

  • Maintain records and prepare for annual Miller/Coors Quality Audit. Monitor rotation and code dates
    for all suppliers to ensure quality in the market.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds at time.
