Job Description

Crown Honda of Southpoint , a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5 th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 80 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for an Experienced Sales Manager!

We are looking for a driven Experienced Sales Manager to join us in supporting our sales staff, and assist us in building and representing the brand.

We can provide a highly competitive compensation plan that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, along with the security of being a part of an award winning location and brand.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
• Work with used car managers on appraisals and lease returns

Job Qualifications

• Prior Sales Leadership – Dealership experience required
• Must have a proven track F&I record
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, locates)
• Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
• Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
