What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build trusted relationships to empower patients in managing their health
Engage with patients via calls, texts, and emails to facilitate care and address health challenges
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to enhance care coordination and outcomes
Accurately document interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) for seamless communication
Travel occasionally (10–15%) within Eastern and Central Pennsylvania for in-person engagements and retinal exams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Certified EMT with 2+ years of experience
Exceptional empathy, communication, and listening skills
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while collaborating with clinical teams
Experience navigating EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with specific EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athena, or Cerner
