Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager I to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. In this entry-level role, you will work with cross-functional teams to help define project objectives, develop schedules, track milestones, and ensure activities are completed on time and within agreed requirements. You will assist with maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and monitoring actions to support successful delivery.


Key responsibilities include gathering project information, preparing status updates, maintaining budgets and resource trackers, identifying risks and issues, and escalating matters when appropriate. You will help coordinate internal and external stakeholders, follow up on deliverables, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. The role also involves supporting change management processes, reviewing project performance against agreed plans, and contributing to lessons-learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives.


The successful candidate will have a degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in project management, business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline. Some experience supporting projects, coordinating activities, or working in a structured team environment is preferred. You should be organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with standard office and project management tools, and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and practical problem-solving skills will help you succeed in this role.
