Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of field-based projects
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and documentation
• Participate in project planning and design meetings, providing recommendations to improve project efficiency and outcomes
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, resource constraints, and operational challenges
• Assist in resolving project issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and workflow efficiency

• Meeting minutes
• Status reports
• Project proposals
• Change documentation
• Client communications
• Track project expenses and support budget monitoring activities
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
• Maintain accurate and organized project records throughout the project lifecycle
• Travel to project sites as needed (approximately 5-10%) to support field coordination activities and catastrophic turbine assessments
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Operations Coordination, Construction Coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience supporting project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting field teams, construction projects, industrial operations, utilities, energy projects, or related environments

• Experience using Smartsheet for project scheduling and tracking
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with IBM Maximo
• Background supporting construction, energy, utility, industrial, infrastructure, or field service projects
• Familiarity with contractor coordination and field operations
