Job Description

Pest Control Technician

Build a High-Value Trade. Secure Your Future in Kapolei.

If you have spent the last few years bouncing between retail, food service, or general labor, you know the difference between a "gig" and a career. It is time to stop working for a paycheck and start building a skillset that nobody can take away from you.

Aloha Termite & Pest Control, Hawaii's industry leader for over 25 years, is looking for the next generation of skilled tradespeople to join our Kapolei operations. We provide the tools, the technology, and the professional path you need to succeed in a recession-proof industry.

No prior experience is required, in fact we prefer no experience and we welcome beginners, so that we can train from the ground up, and invest fully in those with the right character.

Do you show up on time every day? Do you have the Aloha Spirit? Can you leave, breathe and deliver Aloha to everyone you meet, safely?

Then this is for you!

The Professional Advantage We offer more than just a job; we offer a roadmap to financial independence.

• Exceptional Earnings: Start at $20.00+ per hour with a clear, performance-based path to $36.00+ per hour.
• Paid Professional Licensing: No experience needed, we provide full hands-on training for you to obtain your State HDAB 7C and 7B licenses.
• An Active Workspace: Trade the cubicle or the counter for the field. Your office spans from Kaluai to the Ewa Plains and everywhere around and in between, allowing you to stay active and work outdoors across Oahu.
• Long-Term Stability: Join a local, family-oriented company that has led the Hawaii market for a quarter-century. We offer career security that very few industries can match.

Comprehensive Benefits Package We take care of our team like family, ensuring your health and your future are secure:

• Full Health Coverage: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
• Retirement Security: 401(k) retirement plan with a strong company match.
• Life Insurance: Company-paid life insurance for every team member.
• Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays.
• Ongoing Training: We pay you to learn a brand-new trade and master your craft from day one.

Who We Are Looking For We hire for character and train for skill. Zero experience is necessary, if you have the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.

• Reliability: Are you a professional who shows up on time, ready to support your team and tackle the day's challenges?
• Growth Mindset: Are you eager to learn a technical trade from scratch and want to advance within a respected, high-performing company?
• Physical Readiness: Are you comfortable navigating various job sites, working in outdoor conditions, and handling equipment with confidence?
• Professionalism: Do you want to represent Hawaii's #1 pest control brand with pride, delivering service with genuine Aloha?
