This job posting is for a Personal Assistant role, supporting SAYN's CEO and his family with personal, household, and family logistics, working alongside the Executive Assistant (who handles business priorities). This role will begin as part-time (20-30 hours per week), with the potential to grow full-time if the need arises. Candidates must have reliable transportation Responsibilities Personal & Family Support Manage the family's master calendar (spouse + 4 kids); flag conflicts with business schedule Manage kids' school calendars, activities, and appointments (pediatrician, dentist, etc.) Handle school paperwork, permission slips, camp research/registration Manage personal email/inbox and mail Coordinate personal/family travel: flights, lodging, transportation, itineraries Coordinate gifts for family, teachers, and occasions Research products, services, and recommendations as needed Handle confidential personal matters discreetly Household Management Oversee day-to-day household operations Schedule and communicate with household staff Manage vendor relationships (lawn, pool, pest control, repairs) Schedule maintenance, repairs, home improvement projects Keep the home organized and stocked Administrative & Light Executive Support Handle personal bill pay, expense tracking, recordkeeping Process light financial transactions (e.g., Zelle) as directed Source and purchase employee gifts Manage season ticket logistics (sell/gift decisions, recipient/buyer tracking) Book select business travel as delegated by the EA Organize documents and digital files Qualifications 2–4 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, or similar Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills High discretion with confidential information Comfortable with shifting priorities, works independently Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Valid driver's license, reliable transportation Comfortable with kosher household and Jewish holiday observance a plus
