Busy entertainment executive seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant / Shopper / Runner to support daily personal and professional needs. This role will report directly to the Senior Assistant. The right candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. This position requires someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, and who can maintain confidentiality at all times.
Pay Level for this role is $24.03 $33.65 hourly, depending on experience. Depending on performance and capability, this role has the opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility over time.
Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position. We are a fully vaccinated workforce. Successful candidates will be required to show proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19. You are up to date when you have received a two-dose series and a booster, or a single dose series and a booster.
