This Fiber Splicer role supports the installation, maintenance, and testing of outside plant (OSP) fiber networks. The technician will perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing, troubleshooting, and network buildouts across aerial, underground, buried, and building environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on telecom or utility fiber experience and can independently read network drawings, conduct fiber testing, and support construction-related network deployments.
