Optical Franchise Trainer

Cohen’s Fashion Optical is looking for an Optical Franchise Trainer who can bring energy, sales expertise, and a coaching mindset to our franchise network.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day behind a desk. You’ll work directly with franchisees to strengthen sales, improve the customer experience, stay ahead of eyewear trends, and help their businesses grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a trusted resource for our franchisees, helping them turn great eyewear and great service into stronger business results.

• Train franchisees on eyewear products, trends, technologies, and sales techniques
• Help develop sales strategies that drive revenue and grow market share
• Coach teams on retail sales, merchandising, and the customer experience
• Support business development, prospecting, and lead-generation efforts
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and their teams
• Help franchisees make the most of their point-of-sale systems to track sales and inventory
• Share ideas, best practices, and opportunities to help locations perform at their best

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have a strong background in outside sales or business development
• Know how to build relationships, earn trust, and influence others
• Have experience in retail sales and merchandising
• Enjoy coaching people and helping them improve
• Are comfortable prospecting, generating referrals, and creating new opportunities
• Know how to negotiate and close business
• Understand that great customer relationships are just as important as great sales numbers

Optical industry experience is a plus, but a passion for sales, coaching, and helping businesses succeed is what will really make you stand out.
