Responsibilities include labor management, departmental accountability, SOP compliance, oversight of herd health and reproduction, inventory management, and collaboration with the veterinarian, nutritionist, and other vendors.The Operations Manager will utilize herd management software and production reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track dairy performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
