Operator II/Medical Assembler This role is with a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to learn working with a microscope, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Plymouth, MN 2nd shift: 4:00pm-2:30am, M-Thu - $20.25 + overtime What's the Job? Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components Microscope use 90% of the day Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations 80% sitting and 20% standing No lifting requirements What's Needed? 2 years of medical assembly experience Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components High school diploma or equivalent preferred What's in it for me?
