* Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Facebook, by maintaining an active online presence and supporting audience development initiatives. * Content Creation and Publishing: Create, adapt, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including written posts, images, graphics, and short-form videos tailored to platform requirements and audience preferences. * Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, responding promptly and professionally while helping foster a positive and engaged online community. * Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and audience growth, and prepare basic reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Trend Research: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and industry best practices to keep content relevant, timely, and engaging. * Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and audience development teams to execute promotional activities, support digital campaigns, and maintain consistency across social media communications. * Content Optimization: Review audience responses and performance data to identify successful content formats and recommend adjustments that improve engagement and visibility. * Creative Collaboration: Contribute ideas for new posts, visual concepts, and social media initiatives while working with team members to meet content schedules and campaign objectives. * Social Media Tools: Use scheduling, publishing, design, and analytics tools to organize content workflows, maintain publishing consistency, and support efficient social media operations.

Requirements:

Benefits:
