As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to help strengthen our brand and communicate our vision across digital and print platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction company where your creativity will directly support our marketing, branding, and business development efforts. You'll collaborate with our leadership, marketing, and project teams to create compelling visual content that showcases our projects, services, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, and company reports.
  • Create visually appealing graphics that highlight Radix Construction's projects, services, and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Business Development team to support advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop creative concepts for company branding, recruiting campaigns, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Produce high-quality graphics for the company website, landing pages, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital publishing and professional printing.
  • Organize and manage design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Assist with photo editing, project photography, and visual storytelling.
  • Stay current with design trends, marketing strategies, and construction industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and digital design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Photography, video editing, drone media, or CAD experience is an added advantage.
