Company Description Gallagher Interiors is a full-service interior design firm based in Southlake, Texas, serving clients across North Texas, including communities such as Southlake, Westlake, North Dallas, Flower Mound, Colleyville, Grapevine, Frisco and surrounding areas. We provide full interior design and decorating services ranging from new construction and kitchens and bath selections, to home updates and full furnishings. Gallagher Interiors focuses on elegant solutions that balance aesthetics and function, resulting in custom-crafted, welcoming interiors tailored to each client’s lifestyle. We are part of a small, dynamic group of successful and supportive designers who share a Southlake studio. Role Description Part-time hybrid (15 to 32 hours per week to start), depending on experience and availiblity. Mix of in studio meetings, project site visits, showroom vistits, and work-from-home hours. The right designer will have the ability to think independently, multi task efficiently, communicate effectively and professionally, prepare and present designs, detailed drawings, create high quality renderings, drawings and specifcations, source appropriate materials and furnishings, possess extraordinary attention to detail, have the ability to communicate with clients, contractors and vendors professionaly and effectively. Perform site measurements, manage sourcing, ordering and logistics with attention to detail, maintain project documentation, deliver high quality work within the project's timeline and investment level requirements, provide support and collaboration with the principal designer in delivering high-quality, personalized interiors that reflect Gallagher Interiors' standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, or Interior Design expertise, including concept development and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cheif Architect/Sketchup Google Suite and Houzz Pro or similar software ability a plus Space Planning skills to create functional, efficient, and visually cohesive layouts, especially for cabinetry and furniture. Strong organizational and communication skills General understanding of Architecture and ability to interpret or collaborate on Construction Drawings. Proficiency with design tools and software and presentation tools. Strong client communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a part-time, hybrid environment.
