Join us and see your work drive real results across the organization.How You’ll Make an ImpactCollaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to craft engaging learning experiences that boost business performancePartner with business teams to establish clear learning objectives aligned with organizational goalsDesign and develop high-quality learning content tailored to the needs of employeesConduct reviews of training materials to confirm objectives are achieved and implement necessary enhancementsProvide revisions to instructional materials based on feedback from stakeholders and expertsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry tools and learning processesCoordinate with Learning and Development staff, managers and directors to produce effective training deliverablesParticipate and facilitate in-person or virtual meetings to support learning projectsTrack project progress, milestones and tasks using team toolsLead in-person or virtual “train the trainer” sessions to empower othersDiagnose and escalate risks related to instructional design projects to leaders and stakeholdersWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning or equivalent experienceExperience2+ years of instructional design and development or equivalent experienceSkillsCritical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyClear and direct oral and written communicationAbility to communicate across all levels of management and personnelProfessional interaction with the publicProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookSkill in using digital learning tools, delivery methods and platforms with minimal guidanceAbility to utilize standard templates across design tools and delivery methods to complete tasksPreferred QualificationsEducationCertificate in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field#LI-JV1 HTR355 2026-77882 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
