To support faculty in enhancing online learning, the full-time Instructional Design Consultant will provide consultations, trainings, and direct support for instructional technologies while working remotely from approved states and adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule. Key responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining instructional design resources and templates for online course development Serve as project lead for online course design, coordinating with faculty and stakeholders to meet project goals Provide effective instructional design consultation to academic programs and faculty preparing to teach online Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience Demonstrated experience in instructional design and working with higher education faculty Familiarity with usability/accessibility requirements in online learning environments Experience managing projects involving a team and utilizing learning management systems Knowledge of trends in educational technology related to online higher education
