Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Furniture Installer:

• Assemble office, dormitory, and residential furniture according to manufacturer instructions

• Load, unload, move, and position furniture throughout buildings and work areas

• Install desks, tables, chairs, shelving, beds, cabinets, and other furnishings

• Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Inspect furniture for damage and report any issues to the supervisor

• Remove and dispose of packaging materials, leaving work areas clean and organized

• Work as part of an installation team to complete projects on schedule

• Follow all safety procedures and military base security requirements

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous furniture assembly, installation, moving, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with team lifting for heavier items

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Background check required
