Apprentice Commercial InstallerWe are currently hiring entry-level office furniture installers to work on-site at their clients' locations, installing workspace stations such as cubicles, office desks, cabinets, ETC.Installers will use hand tools of a wide variety to assemble the workspaces, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drillsMust have 6 months of experience working with hand/power tools, building products at home, fixing their car, and things around the house1 + months of experience reading blueprints/work orders1 + years of experience working ANY job that requires being on their feet all day and working with a sense of urgencyMust own a car and a VALID driver's licenseCorporate locations throughout the Minneapolis areaRaises once hired and receive an annual raise every May when they are hired on permBonuses every quarterPromotions from within40-plus individuals who have been with the company for 20 or more years20 individuals who have been with the company for 10 or more yearsVERY good long-term opportunity compared to their competitors, with profit sharing, benefits, PTO, a raise each year, and a new pair of boots every year as wellCorporate workspace and furniture installation companyThey have a very good reputation in the industry and provide a very good opportunity for growth and advancementThe candidate will be working in teams, with a trainer and a lead, and usually will be in a crew of 5-10 peopleThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MNThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hrEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
