Explain various protection products and service contracts clearly to help clients make informed decisions about their investments. Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork meets state and federal regulatory standards. Build and maintain professional relationships with our network of local and national lending institutions. Collaborate with the sales management team to ensure the vehicle delivery process is smooth and enjoyable for every customer. Review credit applications and structure deals to balance dealership profitability with customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum of two years experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership. Proficiency in Dealertrack or similar F&I software platforms. Strong understanding of automotive finance, banking relationships, and state compliance laws. Current valid driver’s license. Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms effectively and ethically.
