The OES Operations team is critical to our trading business. We manage the processes that connect us to exchanges, counterparties, and internal teams — ensuring assets, information, and trades flow accurately and efficiently. As our desk expands into ETF and cash equities trading, we need a sharp, driven operations analyst to own critical workflows end-to-end while helping build the next generation of our operational infrastructure.This role offers direct exposure to the fast-paced environment of front office trading. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
