Installation Technician * No weekends, No evenings, No on-call

What You'll Do

As an Installation Technician, you'll install radon mitigation systems and air quality solutions that help create healthier indoor environments for homeowners.

Responsibilities include

• Install radon mitigation systems and air quality solutions. 
• Use hand and power tools to complete safe, professional installations.
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each day's schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites while treating every home with care and respect.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions during the installation process.

The ideal candidate

• Has experience in a skilled trade.
• Has strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Is dependable, self-motivated, and works well independently.
• Communicates professionally and treats customers with respect.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely perform the physical demands of lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and operating multiple power tools.
