The Opportunity This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to build a real career in the electrical trade. Whether you're just starting out or already have field experience working toward your Journeyman license, you'll learn directly from licensed electricians on live residential and commercial jobs. We provide the training, mentorship, and hours you need to advance — you bring the work ethic and the willingness to learn. No experience required for the right candidate. If you're dependable, good with your hands, and serious about becoming a licensed electrician, we'll help you get there.
