Job Title: Construction Laborer
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Construction Laborer to join our team. This entry-level construction position offers hands-on experience in multiple trades, including framing, masonry, carpentry, and concrete work. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the job site by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and materials.
• Carry construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, loading/unloading, lifting, and demolition.
• Support framing, concrete, masonry, carpentry, or other trade work as directed under supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Protect property, work areas, and finished surfaces during construction.
• Work closely with supervisors to learn construction techniques, read blueprints, and properly use basic tools and equipment.
• Report hazards, issues, or equipment concerns to the site superintendent.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
