Promise Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary medical care, dental, and mental health services to all patients regardless of ability to pay. We are recruiting interns to fill a variety of roles for 2026. This is a general internship announcement. Specific goals and projects will be set upon recruitment. Requirements For Application Current Resume Cover Letter expressing your: Interest in interning at Promise Healthcare Specific university program Internship area(s) of interest Desired internship term Number of hours required for your program Skills and assets you bring such as proficiency in another language US work authorization (Required) Provide proof of immunizations if selected: MMR Tdap (within the last 10 years or booster required) Hepatitis B (clinical only, declination permitted) TB test within the last year (clinical only) Flu - current season (Oct 1-Mar 1 only) Service Lines/Clinic Projects Recruiting Interns Include Clinical: Assists with providing direct care to patients in a clinical setting Behavioral Health Therapy (must be enrolled in the School of Social Work) Dental Assistant Medical Assistant Nursing (must be enrolled in the College of Nursing) Administrative: May assist patients but does so in a non-clinical setting Patient Access Patient Services Marketing & Fundraising Human Resources (HR) Quality Improvement (QI) Pharmacy/340B Case Management Health Information Management (HIM)/Referrals Thanks and we look forward to meeting you!
